I don’t know how, but i’m just finding out about this now. What a loss for the medical community and society as a whole.
I knew Magdalene throughout medical school and residency. We may have drifted apart as our lives became more complicated but I always remembered her as a sharp, fierce advocate for her patients and yet she was always open to other opinions and willing to hear any opinion that might help her patient. I am devastated to hear that she is no longer with us, but I will continue to keep her memory alive with every patient I see. God bless you Magdalene and may you rest in peace.

Magdalene, you were always gentle and nice to me. As a nervous first year and even later. You always remember my name and always treated me so kindly. I guess heaven is short of an angel. I hope your daughter always find and received the kind and most gentle person all her life. I feel heart broken that I doctor like you have to leave so early. R.I.P. Angel.
