Mr. Thomas P. Keane

Thomas P. Keane (72), formerly of Port Jefferson Village and recently of Lillian, Alabama, died on Friday, August 18, 2017. Thomas was born February 7, 1945 in Pt. Jeff. He is the son of the late Thomas J. Keane and Mary T. Keane.

           He served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 to 1966 on the USS Cadmus. He was a long-standing member of the IBEW Local 1049, Retired from Asplundh Construction, as an electrical lineman.

           He is survived by his children Patricia and John Reilly of Middlesex, N.J., Shawn Keane, Rosemary and Craig Laucella, and Josephine Pohl all of Sound Beach, New York.

           He is also survived by Nine grandchildren: Caitlin and Conor Reilly, Kayleigh Keane, Ashley, Jake, Brooklyn Pohl, Jack, Grace and Hope Laucella.

As well as his three siblings Peggy Smith, Agnes Guggiano, and Mickey Keane.  

Friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 411 Old Town Rd. E. Setauket. Visiting Monday, August 21, 2017, 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Tuesday, August 22, 2017, 10:30 AM at Infant Jesus RC Church, Port Jefferson. Interment to follow at the Calverton National Cemetery.
