Mike, along with myself and 17 others were chosen to institute the very first New York Joint Drug Task Force.It was a pleasure to meet and work with Mike. Condolences to his family, He will surely be missed

I have known Mike for well over thirty years, When you had a question Mike had the answer. He was well known through out the law enforcement community .
