Marion Millner

Marion Millner, 92, of Plainview, NY, went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2021.  She was surrounded by her 4 children. Born on November 1st 1929 in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Kristian and Martha Klepp. She is survived by her twin sister Alice Collins, her 4 children Donna (Vince) Amato, Glenn (Lori) Millner, Ruth (Bud) Mahnken, Gary (Eve) Millner, her 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, and her late granddaughter Marion.

She and her late husband, Charles J. Millner lived in Plainview NY for 64 years and were married for 68 years.  Marion was a homemaker, member of the Plainview United Methodist Church, and a volunteer at the Holly Patterson Nursing home.  She and her husband loved spending time at their camp on Big Lake Maine, where they created special memories that will live on through all of her family for generations.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was the most unselfish person and will be dearly missed.  Her children are eternally grateful for being raised and loved in a happy home by such a wonderful Mom.

Marion wishes/instructions for her family is to not have a wake and funeral and instead have a celebration of Life in Maine at a later date.
