Cleere-Passarella, Jessica, Marie. Of Port Jefferson, NY, formerly of Farmingdale, passed on January 19th, 2018 at the age of 40. She is survived by her beloved husband Frank Passarella, loving mother of Alyssa, Alexa, Anton, Dominic, cherished grandmother of Thomas and sister of Tom (Diane)Cleere, Rebecca Cleere, Samantha Hassard, Stephen Hassard and proud aunt of Juliana Cleere, Ava Cleere, Anthony Pace. Loving daughter of John T. Cleere and Marie (Matt)Hassard.
