My deep and sincere condolences to my friends Janet and Bill, and the entire Given family. As I've told Janet, I wish I had known Uncle Jimmy; I know we would have been great pals. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Dear Carole, Patrick, and family;
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your much beloved uncle. I had never met Jim, but reading his tribute and the story of his long life, he sounds like he was a wonderful person that anyone would have enjoyed being around. His service to his country was exemplary as well, serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. Beautifully written tribute, great pictures of his life, all accompanied with nice music. I'm sure he will be missed greatly and remembered fondly by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
