Mr Edward J. Schmidt

Beloved husband of Elizabeth "Beth" Loving father of Elenya, Elita, and Edward.  Dear brother of Dolores, Eileen, Mary, Theresa, and John.  Son of the late Rita & John.  A cherished friend, uncle, and cousin to many.  Eddie will be remembered for his generosity, his love for his family & friends, his commitment to his work, his fun spirit, and his unwavering willpower. He was a true fighter.

Wake services to be held on Friday November 3rd, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, with a religious service in the evening. Divine Liturgy to be held on Saturday November 4th at 10am – Resurrection Byzantine Catholic Church, located at the corner of Edgewater & Mayflower Avenues in Smithtown.
