Dr. Fratello was a caring, knowlegable man. As a nurse who had the pleasure to work with him, he had the respect of all who knew him. Sincere condolences to his family, and may he rest in peace.

Dear Karen, Gene, Steve, Laura, Stephen and Michael,
I am so sorry for your loss..... My heart is heavy just thinking about losing such a wonderful person. He was always such a gentleman, with his soft, calming voice and his true concern for others. As a physician, the care and compassion he showed each and every one of his patients and their families, were testament to the truly amazing person he was. I know this first hand, because not only was I his patient, but he cared for my dad when he was terminally ill and he would be there every day and stay with us, talk to us, cry with us, he was like family to us. When I would go see see him, no matter how insignificant my problem, my phone would ring, bright and early the next morning, and it would be Emil checking on me.
I loved him and he will always hold a very special place in my heart . Karen, my friend, know I'm here for you always. 💔Phyllis

My dear Fratello family,
11 months ago I had the pleasure meeting Mum & Dad. I remember when Gene and I arrived to the train station, and there he was, my sweet Emilio, going up the stairs to meet me. He gave me a big hug and help my arm leading me downstairs and to the car. From the beginning, he asked a lot of questions, very interested in me, my daughter Julianna and my family. I will never forget his beautiful New York accent: Do you know what I mean, Lee?!!!!!
I thank God for the opportunity to meet my father-in-law and to get to know the beautiful and loving human being and that Julianna got to meet him. So grateful!!! I'm going to miss you my sweet Emilio. God bless you!!!!
